The Koke washing station is named for the Koke kebele, or town, where it is located in the Yirgacheffe district of the Gedeo Zone.
The station stands on the side of a hill, with coffee grown above and below the station. For the last five years, the Koke station managers have been separating out the higher elevation cherries for Ally, and the quality clearly shows. 96 small-scale farmers provided cherries to Koke this harvest most of them multi-generational family farmers.
We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and ship the next day. All orders placed on Monday or Thursday after 9:00 am will be shipped after the next roast day.

Looovvvee this roast! Such a light, lovely flavor. Brewed an aeropress for first cup and have a cold brew concentrate on the way. As a cold brew this is going to be next level good I can feel it. Highly recommend it!

It’s The Bean
The Ethiopian is my favorite bean. Have the instant expedition pack also. 1-1/2 teaspoons per 8 ounce cup is about right.
