First Ascent Coffee Roasters sources the highest quality coffee we can find that are in season, usually paying double Fair Trade prices. We believe that paying a premium price for a premium product is a beautiful way to ensure happiness all around: the farmers are paid good wages, the coffee remains high quality, and we are able to drink and serve a seriously delicious product.
We roast all our coffee in house, in small batches. Our goal is to bring out the natural sweetness and distinct characteristics already present, thus highlighting the unique tastes of each region.
Continuing on our obsession with quality, we choose to make our own organic nut milks and syrups so we can guarantee an excellent beverage without the use of preservatives or additives. We know exactly what goes in to each cup we serve and are proud to say that it’s awesome.
