This coffee is a blend of multiple regions in Colombia with a focus on cup consistency. It is decaffeinated by the local company Descafecol SA, in the town of Manizales, Caldas, using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process.

We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and ship the next day. All orders placed on Monday or Thursday after 9:00 am will be shipped after the next roast day.

Just started to drink your coffee. So far nothing spectacular. Same taste as a bag of 8 O'Clock brand from Amazon. I can purchase almost 4 lbs of 8 O'Clock for the cost of one of your 12 oz bags. Since your coffee is not that different in taste I will probably go back to 8 O'Clock brand.

Good decaf is very hard to find! They have great service as well as delicious decaf coffee. They accidentally forgot to grind the beans I ordered. However, gladly sent me another shipment completely replaced & fully ground as I had requested. What a wonderful decaf experience - the crema that comes out of these beans smells and tastes incredible. Whoever said that decaf beans don't produce a rich, complex cup of espresso has simply not tried this roast. I don't buy any other decaf beans at this point as this has become my standard bearer.
